Took a spinning class tonight.

The instructor was good and funny and played great music. It was really rough and I couldn’t keep the resistance as high as she told us at some points but I got through the 60 minute class pretty well in my opinion. Not looking forward to how my butt is going to feel tomorrow!

This marks 5 days in a row working out which if you know me, you know that’s insane. Taking a much needed rest day tomorrow and doing restaurant week in the city. Can’t wait for some red wine.

But then it’s back at it, meeting a friend to run Saturday, body works at the gym Sunday with the roomie, intervals Monday, yoga Tuesday!
